Germinal Beerschot midfielder Victor Wanyama is being tracked by Premier League clubs.
Wanyama is the younger brother of Inter Milan midfielder McDonald Mariga and is being tracked by Newcastle United and Birmingham City.
The 19 year-old is a Kenya international and a move to England would mark as the first player from his homeland to appear in the Premier League.
The one stumbling block for Wanyama would be obtaining a UK work permit. Mariga missed out on a move to Manchester City in January 2009 due to the same problem.
