Newcastle United boss Kevin Keegan will bid for Chelsea winger Shaun Wright-Phillips.
Keegan has told Toon owner Mike Ashley that Wright-Phillips tops his shopping list.
An £8million bid would re-unite Keegan and the winger who played for him at Manchester City.
