He admits he is not happy with Olsen's decision and is resigned to not playing again until he moves on.
"The international situation is a long story," he told the Sunday Sun. "The coach just doesn't fancy me at all. I have played every Premier League game since the middle of the season just about, but he'll pick players playing in Danish league teams that are fighting relegation instead of me.
"For me it's an uphill battle. He picked a 30-man squad for the internationals and I wasn't even part of that.
"It shows I'm just not part of his plans at all, so I just have to get on with it, pick myself up and maybe just wait for the next manager."
