Newcastle and Bolton target Mangala has England ambitions
According to his agent, Standard Liege starlet Eliaquim Mangala’s future is in either Spain or England.
Fabrizio Ferrari says the 20 year old French U21 international wants to move to Spain or England.
"His future is in Spain or England," Ferrari told the Portuguese media.
"Currently this is where he has received the most attractive offers, but nothing is signed yet.
"The dream was always was to find Mangala a competitive league like the Spanish or English."
The identity of the English clubs interested is not known, although both Newcastle and Bolton have been linked by sources in Belgium.
