Newcastle United are in advanced talks for PSV Eindhoven fullback Erik Pieters.
The Sun says Newcastle are close to sealing a £7million deal for Dutch defender Pieters.
The classy PSV Eindhoven left-back is seen as the ideal replacement for want-away Jose Enrique.
He is set for an £8m switch to Liverpool this week now that Pieters, 23, is ready to replace him.
