"We'll put all our eggs in the Brazil basket on Sunday and then if needed we'll throw them all into the Belgium basket for Wednesday," Jacobs said.
"It's just not in our make up to write this game off, and it would be a disservice to the players to do so.
"Our early thoughts are is that if everyone's fit we go out with the same line-up apart from Michael Boxall coming in for Steven.
Ryan Nelsen will play his final game for the Oly-Whites returning to Blackburn in time for their Premiership opener against Everton next weekend.
"It's not everyday you get to play Brazil and the names that roll off their team sheet," Jacobs added.
"But Brazil perhaps weren't as impressive as many expected and we won a few supporters with the way we played against China."
