New York Red Bulls are expected to speak today with arrested defender William Conde.
Conde was arrested early Saturday morning and charged with aggravated assault on a police officer.
"At the moment of course we don't appreciate reports about something that we don't like,'' GM Erik Soler told the New York Post. "But we have not spoken to Conde yet. We made a decision immediately yesterday to focus on this game, get this game over with and we do that tomorrow.
"At this moment don't know anything more than we do. We'll hear what he has to say. We'll look at the police report and then we'll take it from there All we did was we closed that door immediately. We said this is a very important game.''
When asked if any discipline would be a Red Bull or MLS matter, Soler said both.
"It will be a club and league matter,'' said Soler. "I'll discuss with the league, and figure out how to deal with it.''
