New York Red Bulls secure trio of new signings

New York Red Bulls have announced the signings of three new players to its roster.

The long-awaited signatures of Jan Gunnar Solli from Norwegian club SK Brann and Luke Rodgers from Notts County in England have been secured and now a third player has been added.

Red Bulls general manager Erik Soler has confirmed that the club has acquired 20-year old Brazilian winger Marcos Paullo.

"We just agreed with his figures and numbers. He'll play in an offensive position for us, wide left, attacking midfield, second striker," Soler told the NY Post. "He's a young kid with loads of talent, and we think that's a sensible move for us."

Marcos Paullo was most recently with homeland club Atletico Paranaense after kicking off his professional career with Goias Esporte Clube.
