New York Red Bulls have decided not to suspend defender William Conde over his recent arrest.

But the Colombian defender is now on his last chance.

"We will give him a second chance. He will get fined and I don't know how you say in English - one time is none, two is tradition. We don't accept a second mess-up or anything, but we will give him another chance,'' said NYRB coach Hans Backe, who met with Conde and GM Erik Soler on Monday, to the New York Post.

"We sat down heard his version, both Hans and myself and we decided that in most instances in life sometimes you need a second go, so we just decided from a club perspective he'll have a fine and a second chance to prove himself,'' added Soler.
