The surging New York Red Bulls added another impressive piece to their arsenal on Monday with the acquisition of Mac Kandji of USL-1 side Atlanta Silverbacks. Kandji one of the top players this season in USL-1 was loaned to the Red Bulls with the New York club holding an option to buy the striker outright for $200,000 at season's end.
New York has been looking to add a striker since Jozy Altidore was sold to Villerreal in June.
