New York Red Bulls land Atlanta Silverbacks star Kandji
The surging New York Red Bulls added another impressive piece to their arsenal on Monday with the acquisition of Mac Kandji of USL-1 side Atlanta Silverbacks.
Kandji one of the top players this season in USL-1 was loaned to the Red Bulls with the New York club holding an option to buy the striker outright for $200,000 at season's end.
New York has been looking to add a striker since Jozy Altidore was sold to Villerreal in June.
