New York Red Bulls coach Osorio concerned by lack of points

With over one third of the season already completed and sitting at the bottom of the Eastern Conference table, New York head coach Juan Carlos Osorio is very concerned following his team's 3-2 home loss to the Colorado Rapids.

Speaking after the game, Osorio said, "I think there wasn't too (much) sophistication about the game, it was about getting wide, putting it into our box and compete for that aerial ball and obviously, we didn't defend it well couple times and we were harshly punished for it.

"In my opinion we could have done better. We could have stopped the cross in the first part, we could have marked him better, we could have compete for him better, anticipate the cross and at the end we didn't do that and he punished us.

"I'm extremely disappointed. This is about results and about points and we certainly -- with 30 percent of the points at stake so that's poor."

New York sit at the bottom of the Eastern Conference table with 9 points from 12 games.
