New York Red Bulls sporting director Jeff Agoos says the club is beginning to feel the pressure of this season's poor performances.

The Red Bulls currently have the worst record in MLS and now face three tough matches on the road which will surely test the players and officials.

"I'll say this, everyone feels the stress from the front office to players, everyone feels the pressure of what's going on," Agoos said.

"I'm very much a proponent of consistency and stability, but if don't have the right people it's going to be difficult to move forward. And I think that with this team, the one constant is change."
