New York Red Bull's New Zealand international defender Andrew Boyens is looking forward to facing Santos for the grand opening of the Red Bull Arena.

The friendly is a sell-out - though on-loan Manchester City star Robinho will miss the game through injury.

"I think it's a perfect game for us, a good test against a really quality team a week before a season where we're going to be playing quality teams week in and week out," Boyens told the New York Post.

"It's important to get this one in, get used to the stadium. Hopefully we can do well and take that on into the season."
