US sports network One World Sports has acquired a package of broadcast rights to the New York Cosmos' North American Soccer League (NASL) matches, reports www.sportspromedia.com/ . The New York City-headquartered network will carry all seven of the team's NASL games this season, including their first competitive match since returning to the NASL against the Fort Lauderdale Strikers on 3rd August.

The network will also broadcast a series of programmes celebrating the Cosmos' early history.
