New York City FC midfielder Andrea Pirlo says he can handle being ignored for Italy's Euros squad.
Pirlo may miss out on selection for France this summer.
“I am happy with what I've done in my career. Of course the Euros we lost in Ukraine hurts, but it'd be unjust to say I wasn't satisfied," Pirlo told Sky Sport Italia.
It remains to be seen whether the veteran will even be called up for the tournament this summer.
“I hope that this thing happens, but the important thing for me is to do well at New York City and then we'll see."
