David Sullivan says they won't block any player wanting to leave West Ham United this month.
Sullivan laid the blame for their 16th place in the Premier League table squarely on the shoulders of the players.
And he will let them know exactly what he thinks when he meets the squad tomorrow.
Sullivan explained: "We might have a little celebration dinner and get to know each other.
"The other David (Gold) will be paying but I think the players should really - bearing in mind the money they earn!
"If any player is desperate to go and West Ham get the right offer... you don't want unhappy players around in your squad.
"But, against that, I think the players have got us in the state we are in and they are entitled to dig us out of this state."
