Graham Potter has posted an emotional tribute to former club Ostersunds.

The Englishman recently left the Swedish club to join Swansea City.

"It has been a special time with many different situations," he said.

"We have shared disappointments, we have celebrated success, we have looked for solutions and encountered problems. But we, Billy Reid, Kyle Macaulay, Jenny Larsson, Linus Ericsson, Johanna Almgren and Björn Hamberg, always maintained a respectful trust and mutual respect.

"Without these special people, I would not even be half the person I am today. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

"Swedish football and all its supporters will always fill me with great pride. A pride that I got to work and contribute to a fantastic country with great people.

"To all I've met along the way. I will miss you so much!"
