New Portsmouth signing Tom Kilbey was rushed straight into the reserve-team for this week's victory over Birmingham City.

Pompey only snapped up teenager Kilbey from Millwall last week and the prospect was expected to begin his Fratton Park career with the club's academy. But he was on the bench for Paul Groves' second-string against Brum.
