Danny Wilson is ready for the pressure of being promotion favourites from League One as the Blades prepare for an immediate return to the Championship. The former Sheffield Wednesday manager, a surprise choice for the post, insists he is capable of shouldering the extra pressure that will bring.
Wilson told The Star: "It's inevitable that a team of Sheffield United's size and stature is going to be expected to go up.
"There are many different types of success. It depends on the club and success isn't only about results. For some it will be staying in a division. For others, it is going to be playing a certain type of way.
"For many, it's about that and results. We definitely fall into that bracket and I don't have any problems with that."
