Peter Hook has revealed he took the job of Manchester United legend George Best at the Manchester Ship Canal Company.
British music legend Hook, from Joy Division and New Order, confesses he's also a United fan.
He told Absolute Radio: "I used to go in the Stretford End, when it all used to tumble down, you know, and that was the exciting part for me, much more so than the football, I thought the fans were vastly more interesting than the actual football. I mean it is wonderful, you know, throughout your career, like I ended up getting George Best's job in the Manchester Ship Canal Company.
"Yeah, and I had his desk when he left a few years before to go to United, but the guy said to me, 'The last person to sit there was George Best'."
