The man charged with finding a buyer for Everton believes David Moyes's new contract will make the club a more attractive proposition. Keith Harris, chairman of investment bank Seymour Pierce who have been given the task of finding new owners for Everton, reckons the long-term stability will be a source of encouragement to any potential investor.
He told the Liverpool Daily Post: "I think Bill Kenwright has made it clear after years and years of successfully nurturing Everton, it requires a new investor with substantial money to invest.
"The manager has just signed a new contract which gives them stability.
"Stability when you a have a manager who is regarded with such quality is healthy."
