New Italy defender Salvatore Bocchetti insists he won't use his improved profile to earn a move away from Genoa.

"It is very unlikely that Bocchetti will leave Genoa, especially if they qualify for the Champions League," assured agent Fulvio Marruocco.

"He is in a city with a Coach and a club who deserve the utmost respect. They are working so well to help him mature as a player and as a man.

"We see absolutely no valid reason to leave here. The fans should relax, as he won't go to Juventus or any other club."
