New Houston Dynamo acquisition Ade Akinbiyi has finally completed his first training session. Speaking after his first training session with his new teammates in Houston, Akinbiyi said, "It was good. I'm a bit tired, but I'll get used to it quick."

Dynamo coach Dominic Kinnear was impressed with the strength of his new forward.

"He showed some things we thought he could do," Kinnear told his team's official website.

"He holds the ball up strong and has good sharp movements. The first day was positive."
