New Granada coach Tony Adams says he's taken charge in order to "kick some a**".
Adams was named new coach of Granada after the sacking this week of Lucas Alcaraz.
The Arsenal legend stated: "I do not have high level experience as a coach, it is a fact, but I do have 12 games with zero goals in Azerbaijan.
"From tomorrow, I'll be literally kicking the backsides of the players."
Adams is taking charge to the end of the season before Granada hire a more experienced coach.
He added: "At the end of the month we are going to announce the name of the new sports director, I know I'm good at it but I can not do two jobs at the same time, I need help and it's going to be announced at the end of the month.
"We will also sign a Spanish coach and who knows the Spanish Liga well."
