New Fiorentina sports director Daniele Prade says they must be careful with their next coaching appointment.

Prade replaced Pantaleo Corvino as new coach last week.

He said: "The tactician must be chosen with our heads and not our gut feelings. It is our priority and we'll look him in the eyes, as this is a choice we cannot get wrong. Aside from the players, the Coach will be crucial."
