New England Revolution keeper Reis' father-in-law injured in Boston blast

The father-in-law of New England Revolution goalkeeper Matt Reis was injured in the tragic bomb blast during the Boston marathon on Monday.

Two people have been reported dead whilst dozens are critically injured after an explosion occurred near the finish line in the Copley Square region.

The Revs official Twitter page announced that Reis' father-in-law had been struck during the blasts but did not reveal any further information.
