New England Revolution goalkeeper Matt Reis spent part of his offseason at a specific coaching course in Los Angeles. He told The Boston Herald: "It was a situation where I was in California and (U.S. Soccer) offered the course," said Reis, who went to school at UCLA. "It was a chance to further my soccer knowledge with a great group of guys."
So is this something Reis is looking to in the future?
"If something comes along down the line when I'm done with my career, I'd consider it," Reis said. "I've been involved in the game for a long time. It's a passion of mine. It's something I love to do."
New England travel to face San Jose March 21st in their season opener.
