New England Revolution are being linked with USA striker Charlie Davies.

Davies is set to leave Denmark's Randers this month and favours a return to MLS.

"We have over the last few months had a very good dialogue with Charlie and [we've come to an agreement that he can continue in MLS]," Randers manager Peter Christiansen is quoted by bostson.com.

Davies would arrive at the Revs as a direct replacement for Europe-bound Juan Agudelo.
