New England Revolution head coach Steve Nicol is looking for his team to be better defending set pieces.

Speaking to his team's official website, Nicol said, "You have to trust people. There are certain things you have to leave to professional players on their own. We can't go out and do it for them.

"Everybody's responsible for a certain job. We have to do that job. If somebody doesn't do it, then sometimes you get punished. As I said, we've made some poor decisions and we've been punished for every single one."
