New England Revolution skipper Shalrie Joseph is keen to extend his stay with the club.
The 32-year old midfielder has kicked off the 2011 season in fine form despite having some personal problems during pre-season and now he wants to show his commitment to the Revs cause by signing a new deal.
"I'm concentrating on playing soccer and, hopefully, we still can get it done,'' Joseph said.
"It's a little frustrating not having a deal, knowing this could be my last year here. I'm just trying to prove I'm worth something to this organization."
