AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti was in London last night.

Gazzetta dello Sport says Ancelotti flew to London while Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani remained in Italy.

The Milan coach took in Manchester United's Champions League victory over Arsenal at Emirates stadium and is also said to have held a new round of talks with Chelsea officials.

It's also emerged in Spain this morning that Real Madrid presidential Florentino Perez has cooled his pursuit of Ancelotti because he feels the Italian is close to agreeing a deal with Chelsea.
