Southampton's new signing Nathan Redmond believes that he will fit in seamlessly at St. Mary's Stadium.

The Saints have splashed around £10million to secure the services of Redmond from Norwich City and he is expected to be the replacement for Sadio Mane, who looks set for a move to Liverpool.

Following the completion of the transfer, Redmond has gone on to state that Southampton are the right club for him and added that he will fit in on the south coast without any problems.

The 22-year-old said: "I'm really pleased to have made the move to Southampton.

"It's a fantastic football club with excellent facilities, and I really feel I can develop my game here.

"The club's style of play has always been excellent. They like to play attacking football and it's a style I feel I can really fit in well with.

"When Southampton said they were interested it felt like the right move for me, and I can't wait to get started now."
