New Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has praised the performance of his players after his second match in charge netted a 3-0 away win over Wolves.
The Italian admitted he was impressed by all of his players and made special mention of his defence who have turned out two clean sheets since Mark Hughes was sacked on December 19 after a 4-3 win over Sunderland.
"I thought that the players were fantastic. After Saturday's match we've had only two days but the players were fantastic," Mancini told Sky Sports 1.
"I am very happy for them because we played very well.
"All the players (impressed me). I think that today Craig (Bellamy), Carlos (Tevez) and the whole team played very well.
"It's important the team must concentrate during the game.
"For me it is fantastic, English football. In Italy it is impossible to play two games in three days.
"We have been working very hard on the tactics and I think we are doing well. This is the second clean sheet and we hope that we keep going on like that."
