New Arsenal deal for Walcott unlikely to be signed in January

Theo Walcott's transfer saga with Arsenal is likely to roll on into the New Year according to Mirror Sport.

The England winger is still yet to agree to a new deal with the Gunners who offered him £75,000-a-week in August.

Walcott is attracting interest from the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United is out of contract in the summer but it appears as though he may not re-sign before the end of January leaving manager Arsene Wenger with a problem.

Walcott may not sign a new contract with Arsenal, meaning his can leave for free at the end of the season, which provides Wenger with a winter headache in regards to how he goes about his transfer business not knowing if he will have the 23-year old at his disposal next season.
