Former Everton star Pat Nevin feels Samuel Eto'o still has plenty to offer.
The Cameroon icon joined Everton from Chelsea in the summer.
Nevin told evertontv: "I watched a lot of Eto'o at Chelsea. He's still got that sort of veracity that you need for a centre-forward and that hunger for the game.
"He's got the classic striker's intelligence and what people have to remember is that he was, for a period of time, the best striker in world football.
"If you keep your hunger and a good deal of the effectiveness, which he has got, you are still going to score goals.
"You are still going to get into good positions and I'm sure the Everton fans are already loving him - and I think they are going to love him even more."
