Phil Neville will not be following David Moyes to Real Sociedad.
The Mirror says Moyes, who has taken charge of the struggling La Liga club, his first since being sacked by Manchester United last April, had wanted Neville to join him in Spain.
Neville, 37, played under Moyes at Everton and then returned to his old club United to work under him as part of the Scot's coaching staff.
But Neville, who has a burgeoning media career and whose young family are settled in the north-west, is staying put in England.
