Neville holds crisis talks with Valencia players

Gary Neville held crisis talks with his Valencia players on Monday after defeat to Real Sociedad.

It was Neville's third defeat since taking charge and left Los Che in mid-table.

AS says he decided to look at ways of addressing the poor run and held a special behind closed doors team talk for 40 minutes this morning at the club's Paterna training complex ahead of the first training session of the week.

After this morning's conversation with the English coach, the players stayed behind themselves for a further 20 minutes to reflect and analyze among themselves as to where it's going wrong for the club.
