Manchester United legend Gary Neville insists England won't seek to wind-up Italy striker Mario Balotelli.

As a Sky TV pundit, ­Neville has called Balotelli a "clown", who "lets you down time and again".

But he said: "Mario has been very composed in this tournament. He is a talent and a goalscoring threat. That's the biggest concern about Balotelli, not whether we can wind him up.

"The issue of winding him up won't be mentioned."
