NESV furious Cole, Jovanovic will cost Liverpool £27M
Liverpool's new owners are furious with the contracts handed to two Bosman signings before their takeover.
The Mail on Sunday says owners NESV are furious that previous managing- director, Christian Purslow, awarded several long-term contracts in the dying embers of the Tom Hicks-George Gillett regime.
Joe Cole was given a four-year contract worth £90,000 a week last summer while 29-year-old Milan Jovanovic arrived on a three-year deal at £60,000 a week.
If neither goes, it adds up to a staggering financial commitment of £27million.

Roy Hodgson has to go!!! How can someone with the resources he has produce the terrible brand of football that he does. Ok we lose, but my word, the quality of our play is lower than championship level. No wonder we got done by Northampton
Only Joe can save himself now! On the other hand, players like Christian Poulsen & Paul Konchesky should be sold in January!
Hopefully Wolfsburg is willing to take Milan Jovanovic & Martin Skrtel + some cash in exchange of Edin Dzeko!
