Nene is happy playing for West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce.

The Brazilian attacker has signed with the Hammers to the end of the season.

"He (Allardyce) is a demanding manager," he told the London Evening Standard. "He has an English style, a tough guy, which I find good. Every training session he demands a lot from the players.

"That is good for us never relaxing and giving our best everyday. I need more time to get to know him better. But the first impressions are very good. He seems not only a good manager but also a great person and a competent professional."
