Hungarian sensation Krisztian Nemeth is using Fernando Torres as inspiration as he bids to make a Premiership breakthrough at Liverpool next season.

Nemeth is tipped for big things at Anfield and he told LFC Magazine: "Obviously I watch Torres very closely.

"He's one of the best strikers in the world and has had an unbelievable first year in English football. I can learn so much from the way he approaches the game or just observing him in training at Melwood.

"Torres has everything you need to be a top striker and, as he's proved already, is capable of scoring all kinds of different goals.

"Apart from that, he also works really hard for the team, which is something Rafael Benitez demands from every player."
