Blackburn Rovers captain Ryan Nelsen insists the dressing room hasn't been unsettled by reports linking manager Paul Ince with Newcastle United.

The Kiwi said: "There's always rumours about Paul Ince. One minute there's bad feeling in the camp, then the next it's good.

"The next thing is Newcastle want him - and he's good enough to be at Newcastle. I've been very impressed with him since he came here. We're playing some good football and we just need to tweak it a bit to get the balance right."
