Blackburn Rovers skipper Ryan Nelsen admits their chances of qualifying for the Intertoto Cup are slim.

Nelsen said: "The next three games are so important but at least it means the season won't die out.

"We've basically got to get three wins and it's just another goal to go for.

"In the end, even three wins might not be enough, but we'll give it a go and keep battling hard."
