Australia national team captain Lucas Neill is well aware that his side needs to produce wins in their next two World Cup matches.
In the wake of the disappointing 4-0 loss to Germany on Monday morning, Neill said that it was vital the Socceroos had to use a winning mentality against Ghana and Serbia in their remaining Group D matches.
"We have to win our next two games," Neill said.
"We are disappointed with our performance against Germany. Nothing worked for us and we struggled in every department. Germany are a great side and they certainly proved it.
"But we simply have to bounce back from this result and get wins against Ghana and Serbia."
Australia take on Ghana on Saturday June 19 in Rustenburg in their next match.
