NEC Nijmegen fullback Marnick Vermijl hopes for Man Utd future

NEC Nijmegen fullback Marnick Vermijl sees his future at parent club Manchester United.

The Belgian moved to NEC on a season-long loan in August.

He said: "(U21 coach) Warren Joyce meets regularly with me and discusses my performance with David Moyes. The intention is to return to United, I'll go back next season and hope to play.

"Otherwise, a new loan in turn might be a better alternative."
