Jesus Navas has urged Manchester City not to panic following a poor run of results.
City relinquished top spot in the Premier League after losing 4-1 at Tottenham on Saturday which was there third defeat in their past four outings in all competitions, including a Champions League loss to Juventus and 2-1 home defeat to West Ham United.
The 2013/14 champions are in the middle of a bad run following a dream start to the campaign but Spanish winger Navas has made it clear that there is plenty of football still to be played.
"I think that the season is very long," he told City TV.
"We are working well, we are up there and we've got to continue.
"We've still got a lot of games ahead of us and we will do a good job as always."
City next take on Borussia Monchengladbach in the Champions League in Germany on Wednesday.
