Nathaniel Mendez-Laing is in line for a new Cardiff City deal.

Cardiff will offer winger Nathaniel Mendez-Laing a new contract this summer, says the Mirror.

The 26-year-old wide man enjoyed a breakthrough season under Neil Warnock in 2017/18 and looks set to be rewarded with a new and improved deal, with his current contract due to expire in June 2019.

After being snapped up on a Bosman deal from Rochdale, Mendez-Laing surprised everyone to play a starring role in Cardiff's promotion to the Premier League.

The Bluebirds have been hugely impressed with Mendez-Laing's attitude and improvement.
