Chelsea are set to soon announce the signing of Brazilian youngster Nathan Allan de Souza according to reports.

Sky Sports suggests that the 19-year old midfielder underwent a medical with the Blues on Wednesday and will be unveiled by the west London club in the next day or so.

Nathan will join the Premier League leaders from Atletico Paranaense for a fee of £4.5million before returning home to Brazil. He will link up full-time with the club in June.
