Chelsea ace Eden Hazard has taken a swipe at Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho.

Speaking to L'Equipe, Hazard was asked about working with Antonio Conte this season at Chelsea.

"We give everything for him," he replied, before having a pop at his old manager.

"I'm still the same player. Conte is giving us confidence after a poor season.

"Conte knows footballers, because he was once a footballer... "
