Nastasic adjusting to Man City life

Manchester City defender Matija Nastasic is happy with how he has settled into life at his new club.

The 19-year old Serbian centre-back joined City from Fiorentina for £12million earlier in the summer and says he has adapted quickly to English football thanks to the help of teammate Aleksandar Kolarov and Edin Dzeko.

"I am very happy that I have immediately found some great friends here," Nastasic told Sportske.

"Kolarov is a man of great authority at this club and his words are well respected. He immediately gave me some great advice when I arrived at the club.

"There is also Edin, with whom I get along really great.

"It really helps that I can speak Italian because I don't have any problems in communication with manager Roberto Mancini and striker Mario Balotelli.

"It's so much nicer to be at a club where you don't feel like a stranger. I immediately found a new home at City."
